Privacy policy

Last updated October 25, 2026. Certified Demand Letter is run by MMR Internet, LLC ("we").

What we collect

• Your letter details: names and addresses for you and the recipient, the facts you write, amounts and dates.
• Your email address, for your receipt and the link to your letter.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout page; we never see your card number.
• Usage data from Google Analytics and Google Ads (pages viewed, device, approximate location, whether a visit led to a purchase) and our server logs.

How we use it

Only to produce and mail your letter, show it to you, and reply if you contact us. We don't sell your information or use your letter for marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Lob prints and mails letters (it receives the letter and both addresses).
• Stripe processes payments.
• SiteGround hosts the site and stores your order.
• Google provides Analytics and Ads measurement.
• USPS delivers the letter.

How long we keep it

We keep your letter and its details for 180 days so you can use it as a record, then delete it from our order database. Unpaid drafts are deleted after 2 days. Stripe and Lob keep their own records as the law requires. To have your data deleted sooner, email admin@certifieddemandletter.com.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing admin@certifieddemandletter.com. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
